BlackBird is a Managed Service Provider that provides remote network and systems management to small and medium-sized firms seeking comprehensive, effective IT solutions.

BlackBird also provides scalable engineering services and support.

How BlackBird Got Started

BlackBird was first created to be the Network Operations Center for HonBlue.

A large investment of hardware, software, and engineers was necessary to support all of HonBlue's locations, systems, and users.

The immediate benefits to HonBlue included:

  • Reduction in outages
  • Better support availability
  • Historical data for users and systems.

Seeing the benefits of this Operations Center, HonBlue management decided to offer the services of this technology to its existing customers.

This mix of real world foundation with cutting-edge technology allows clients to see in immediate return on investment.

What BlackBird Can Do For Your Business

BlackBird provides the oversight and engineering expertise that few companies can afford on their own.

It also incorporates leading edge technology with diagnostic abilities that exceed the talents of even the best engineer.

By monitoring networks and the systems on the network from a remote, central location, our systems track incidents and relate them to users and PC's without us having to actually be there.

Most incidents can be fixed remotely. If not, an engineer will be dispatched to fix it immediately.
