How BlackBird Got Started
BlackBird was first created to be the Network
Operations Center for HonBlue.
A large investment of hardware, software,
and engineers was necessary to support all of HonBlue's
locations, systems, and users.
The immediate benefits to HonBlue included:
- Reduction in outages
- Better support availability
- Historical data for users and
systems.
Seeing the benefits of this Operations Center,
HonBlue management decided to offer the services of this
technology to its existing customers.
