Priority Level Definitions
Emergency
- Work stoppage with no work around
- 15 minutes to 1 hour expected resolution time
Non-Emergency
- An alternative method or work around is available
- 15 minutes to 12 hours
Expectations
- 5 minute response time for any service call
- A call back from a BlackBird Network Specialist within
15 minutes of the original call
