  • Preferable for critical situations.

  • Type NEW in subject line first

  • Click on Login
  • If you don't have an account yet, select "No, I am a new SP user" and click SUBMIT
  • Enter your email address and click SUBMIT (Note: If your email address is not unique, you will be asked to provide more information)

Priority Level Definitions

Emergency

  • Work stoppage with no work around
  • 15 minutes to 1 hour expected resolution time

Non-Emergency

  • An alternative method or work around is available
  • 15 minutes to 12 hours

Expectations

  • 5 minute response time for any service call
  • A call back from a BlackBird Network Specialist within 15 minutes of the original call
