If technical problems occur with other services on your network, we'll act as a liaison between you and your vendors and advise you on the best course of action.

How are you going to help us if you're not even in our office?
Our OnIT Network Monitoring software streamlines the support process. We can troubleshoot most problems remotely and as a result don't even have to be present to monitor your network.

Do we have to order all your services together?
All of our services are available either bundled together or as stand-alone services. Through onsite consultations, we determine what service(s) your business needs and gain a better understanding of your network.

What is SaaS?
Saas stands for software as a service. We license you an application for use as a service on demand. This means that you utilize and pay for the service only when you need it instead it of paying to license all devices with all applications.

Why isn't there any pricing information on your website?
We don't include pricing information on our website because no two networks work the same way. This doesn't mean that we're afraid of our prices; we simply don't want to mislead any of our clients. Our prices are contingent with the needs of our client's network.

If there's an earthquake, hurricane or flood, why is our system affected and yours isn't?
When you invest in Remote Data Backup, your files are backed up to our Class A Remote Data Center, which is offsite and will not be affected by local catastrophes.
